Crucibles
Crucibles are used for the determination of the gas content in metals and other materials. This applies especially to the steel industry where the content of gas in steel has to be measured exactly during the production. The metal is melted at 2000°C and more and then the emitted gases are analysed quantitatively.
Graphite parts like crucibles, crucible bases, heating elements and so on are in all cases placed in the hot area.

Our company manufactures crucibles mostly for instruments Leco, Strohlein and Eltra.


We also mediate deliveries of smelting crucibles used for silicon crystal extraction manufactured in SGL Carbon GmbH Bonn.
